TDSB Flow Charts

As part of my most recent summer working at the TDSB, I was tasked with creating flow charts for the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy team. The charts represent the different paths a student might take to receive the right type of care based on their special education needs. The goal was to bring clarity and reduce confusion among teachers and parents so they can play a more active role in their children's care. All work was done in Figma.
